Frequently asked
Is there an age restriction?
Adults only. You must have reached the age of majority in your own jurisdiction, and 21 where the local standard requires it, to use this site.
When were these assessments made?
Reviews are refreshed following major renovations, operator changes, or sustained reader feedback that our score has drifted.
What if something here is wrong?
Send the property name and the specific error to [email protected]. We verify every report and update the page when it stands up.
Why is my hotel not listed?
This edition covers the Colorado Rockies and the Black Hills only. A property is listed once our editors have completed a full assessment against all six criteria.
